All sales are final, unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled or the facility is closed due to unforeseen circumstances. If the event is canceled or rescheduled you will receive a refund for the face value of the ticket. To request a refund you must forward your original e­mail receipt to [email protected].​ Refund requests must be made within five days of the event’s originally scheduled date. Unless the event is canceled or rescheduled there are no refunds. Under no circumstances is the service charge ever refunded even if an event is cancelled or rescheduled. Under no circumstances will a replacement ticket be issued for any ticket that has been damaged, lost, stolen, or destroyed.
